He and she
He had sketched on the wooden block
During one of those best days
Cherished they both seeing not just the art
But the love they boh saw on the block
Over time however,
The sketch peeled off
The paint on the block chipped her and there
That got her worried
And anxious
But then just as she was to pick up the block
To safekeep whatever remained of it
He brought out a pen
And redid the whole sketch on the same block
It would stay Forever, he said
And put the block back in her eager palms
To safekeep not just the block
But their love forever

It had the nicest smelling flowers in the world
So felt the bee
She would come daily to sip nectar from them
She had never seen him tending to the plants
He would leave just before she was due to visit so that she may  have her fill at peace
But one day the bee catchers came
And he rushed to shoo her off so that she is saved
He caught her in his palm right from the flower she was sitting on
In fright, she stung him
Her venom was poisonous, he knew
Lying on the ground he still had inside his palm held
Until everyone was gone
Opening his bruised palm, he said
You are safe my little one
Sip as much as you may
For this is your's
I am just your keeper
And closed his eyes
